i think it is important to talk about this topic as a matter of scope and workload, rather than pure aesthetic loss. yes, if you put in more time and effort you can have accessible, good looking sites;
We all like to complain about how all websites look the same (myself included!) but once you start dealing with accessibility, device size, performance, and scaling for large amounts of content, you kind of start seeing why 😓
