I knew that, but in the late 2000's they added him to the comics like they did Harley Quinn and Renee Montoya and apparently he's just a generic goofy bad guy.

I never followed the comics so I always wondered if Condiment King is still a famous TV comedian who got mind controlled by the Joker and sent against Batman for not letting him win a stand up comedy contest he was judging.

We now have reports that the suicide bomber has been identified as Mihart Miachibrachihart, friend to Country Pop Star Billy Ray Cyrus. The only other victim of the explosion was Hershel Dismang who was believed to have been dating Cyrus's ex-girlfriend at the time.
