Part-time alien on the internet. Enjoys video games, art and physically painful puns.

Beware random thoughts and posts that are as connected as two magnetic south poles.

I'm sorry, YT shorts creator... But are you expecting me to have sympathy and feel sad for the guy who literally murdered millions, caused a whole world war, and is literally synonymous with evil entirely on the premise that "He didn't get his fascist capitol built and was sad"?

WHAT. THE HELL.

My dear fellow: if you cannot be bothered to write the article, why should I bother to read it?

The biggest wastes of time currently on the internet:
"Here are 8 powerful ChatGPT prompts to...."

Here's a quick lesson in this "life" stuff: learn how to think for yourself. If you need the sycophant-bot to validate everything you feel, you're doing it wrong.

Not going to lie, it just struck me that Caiphas Cain is probably a better role-model than any of the supposed irl heroes I had to endure speeches about in high school

I had a deam I bought a massive Victorian house, but that the original owner had a crematorium in the attic and somehow hundreds of preserved chickens under a tarp. My subconscious is probably trying to tell me something, but I have no idea what...

As a member of an alien civilization, I agree that "slop" is an unhelpful term for Artificial Intelligence output.

To assist humanity, the Alien Society for Artificial Intelligence lists some helpful acronyms to use instead:

Valueable Opinions to be Immediately Disseminated, or VOID.

Overnight bus home later tonight. I'm kinda dead tired, but I have an almost complete inability to sleep in moving vehicles and it's likely to be crazy busy too, so not looking forward to it at all.

This year, I'm not making any resolutions. What I am doing is making a deal with myself:

I will give myself the time and the space to reset. To try new things. To catch up with old friends again, or go and make new ones.

I should also see if going to CCCT is still possible, actually.

So, last night I finally watched DnD Honor among thieves.

It was... fine, I guess? I mean, it wasn't terrible, but it feels like a movie that wants the payoff for a deep, powerfully emotional plot without actually having such a plot.

My parents have never seen The Princess Bride. We've been watching movies every other day this holiday, and they weren't much interested in any of them. For this one, my mom is actually on the edge of her seat and my dad's chuckling. I wasn't expecting this.

Not going to lie, I've been obsessed with X-Plane 12 in the down-time recently. It's admittedly kind of a love-hate relationship, but reading about how piston-planes work has been... interesting.

Just went to a shell museum, and it was honestly absolutely astonishing. Daaaaang! So many molluscs. Apparently octopi also make shells sometimes, the Paper Nautilus shells. They're technically for protection of their eggs, but SO COOL!
