More than 70% of ALL students in Mississippi and West Virginia would lose CEP in their schools under this proposal.

Increasing the identified student percentage (ISP) threshold from 25% to 60% would take CEP away from at least 21,000 schools serving 11.4 million students.

An additional 18,000+ non-CEP schools (with 9.4 million students) would lose the ability to sign up for the program.

Since 2015, my colleagues and I have calculated NAEP scores that adjust for student demographics, including gender, age, race or ethnicity, receipt of free/reduced lunch, special education status, and English language learner status.

This is the first look at adjusted performance post-COVID.

We find that directly funding new positions to meet the class size caps would cost 50% more in the lowest-need schools than in the highest-need schools.

Because class sizes are already smaller in the highest-need schools, a policy imposing equality reduces equity.

I've only ever done one shot at the time, but have been successful at greatly reducing arm soreness with the exercise in the image below (without weights).

I do 3 sets of 10 arms lifts immediately after getting the shot, then try to do a few more sets throughout the day.
