Where is Russia winning??? Russia does not even control the 4 oblasts they illegally "annect" 3 years ago! It is losing 164 men per km². it holds 19% of Ukraine, but half of it, it had occupied before the full scale invasion started. In 2022 it controled 30% - so again: where is Russia "winning"?

it was a presidential decret and as president he can take it back anytime, if he wants to. And Putin will not go anyway, which clearly shows that Putin does not want peace.
