Buying a boiler no longer makes any logical sense
- You can now get a heat pump for less upfront cost than a boiler
- cover finance cost with fuel bill savings
- GUARANTEE a minimum efficiency.
Oh + studies show house value increases 1.7-3% too.

I’ve not picked up a pencil to draw since I was 15.
I don’t particularly remember being that good at drawing back then, but picking one up at 39 and my very first drawing being 'reasonable' has left me completely shocked! But more importantly given me a huge feeling of sadness.🧵
