Normal scratch marks from the anchor chain. When the chain is going in a downward/forward direction.

Now I see what you mean. I just saw the Swedish news clip from TV4. Those "scratch" marks are most likely from an anchor chain going aft, which it normally does not. Not in that angle.

This is from a slightly smaller vessel.

Yes, minimum half an hour stop. More like the 70 min stop the Yi Peng 3 did later on. Hard to say from the AIS data but assuming the anchor chain hangs aft of the vessel they have to go back while lifting it.
As someone else stated in the news. You will hear the anchor dragging in the whole ship.

I can't really see any way the anchor will drop partially and then stop while dragging over the seabed. Unless it's done in a controlled way.

The chain stopper must be lifted manually and should normally be secured with a pin or similar. The brake(Gypsy wheel) should be tightened. The clutch can be engaged which will also lock the "Gypsy wheel". If all fail, the anchor will drop with an accelerating speed.

The bitter end is a kind of safety pin which can be removed by force if needed. This will not hold if the chain is going out fast.

Dropping an anchor accidentally usually means complete loss of both anchor and chain. The anchor is secured by fastening the chain above deck and with brakes. If both fail the anchor will drop and the chain will go out very fast. The end of the chain is called "The bitter end".

Lifting an anchor takes time. Usually the winch does not have the power to pull the ship towards the anchor. You move the ship by engine towards the anchor while lifting the chain. Finally you can lift the anchor.

There is an object stuck to the hull. I'm not sure what it is. If it was welded to the hull in a hurry and the welding was not painted, it will leave rust marks beneath it. There is another one in the aft but they are only seen on the port side. See the SVT news clip for the aft one.

General Skobelev passed under the Great Belt bridge with two escorts. First looked like the Russian Corvette, no AIS, and the second was the Danish P523.
