I got the box on Amazon (for about $40 US). The logos are actually pins with the actual pins removed and adhere using velcro. These glasses and the cross are in the style used by Ozzy. They cost about $15 and $30 on Amazon, respectively. My black Ozzy fronted Sabbath CDs. Above you see the Prince of Darkness box set.
