Squeeka 13: the last Official entry, and Arc 2 closer. Facing intense burnout and medical trouble, this entry was partly rushed, but still good I think! At this point, it became clear the comic was not sustainable in its current form, and we entered a scheduked respite between Arc 2 and Arc 3

Squeeka 12: By this point, KH was bearing the brunt of production, effectively disregarding storyboard layouts and doing their own thing. Still near the peak of our partnership, but the cracks in their ability to keep up with weekly release were starting to show

Squeeka 11: My favorite. KH drew Miranda so expressively, and I used these figures for memes for a long time. Really where our partnership peaked, although it's clear this amount of work was not sustainable for them on a weekly basis. Our ambition outpaced our ability fast.

Squeeka 10: KH got a bit experimental with panel layout. There was some initial disagreement, as I worried it would complicate posting it on [former site], but I think this does look cooler in the end. KH's style continued to evolve over this time.

Squeeka 9: A big theme I wanted to explore in this series is the inherent contradiction of an anarchist superhero - opposing social hierarchy while their abilities inherently create new hierarchies. While Squeeka is a poor example, this was a response to "Superman is a cop" claims online [...]

Squeeka 8: The point at which KH and I fell into a "groove." Steady weekly releases, and frankly iconic artwork. The themed text boxes were their idea. Not much else to say here.

Squeeka 7: Official start of "Arc 2," and first fully drawn by KH. Larger, more legible text, and coherent set design! Alll set up, no punchline. Originally, I wanted to keep using recycled assets, but Saiya/Kazim convinced me otherwise. Orange bkg was a ref to Erica Henderson's bkgs in Unbeatable

Squeeka 6: Collab with Kazim Hajit. I'd started a very emotionally/mentally taxing job around this time, and needing assistance, brought on a partner. My lack of confidence in my own skills also lent to this partnership. Kazim/Saiya had a learning arc, top, adapting to tye comic style

Squeeka Chica 5: Return of microscopic text (go figure). The last officially self-produced thing in the series. I have big plans still for Taco Croco, who is basically a weregator version of the "MY CABBAGES!" guy from ATLA.

Squeeka Chica 4: Laziest strip by far. Established that Squeeka is a desperate girlfailure. Her hair is actually supposed to be a bluer tint, but my laptop screen had discoloration that made it harder to see. Very cobbled together as I was still aiming for a weekly release

Squeeka Chica Part 3: Slightly larger text (thank God), and some new poses! Squeeka's primary traits (pettiness, vindictiveness, being thicc) are all established here. The original plan was for President of the Bank to be a recurring supernatural villain

Squeeka Chica continued: still has microscopic text, as this was all made with a trackpad on a laptop with a bigger screen. It doesn't translate well to mobile. Every "asset" during this era is just copy pasted with small changes made. President of the Bank is a character from Fateful Findings
