There was this dilapidated adobe row house in the barrio in Tucson. This couple bought it and spent 4 years rehabbing it into a really cool dwelling. They had a whole blog about everything they did. They said it would be their forever home. Then they sold it to Diane Keaton for $1.5 million. 1/2
