Wave swording is when you do a Zdrop while grounded as Zuko and re-grab it. Zukos sword has a unique quality that lets you combo and quickly drop and grab it again.

Down special yeah. His down special is a stance change move that also is a throwable item. He gets different moves when holding the sword.

Miity basically is Z dropping his Sword and wave dashing. Basically creating a wave sword. It's a Zuko specific and Sword specific item tech.
