All the reading I got accomplished this summer.

Spent two weeks at Craigardan in the Adirondacks at my first offical writing residency. I started the second draft of my current novel-in-progress & rewrote the first 60 pages! It was magical & I wish I could just spend the whole summer up there.

Totally gutting the first 30 pages of this novel draft. Wish me luck. 😬

When one of the characters in your novel is an aspiring sculptor so you spend the day at a sculpture park for inspiration.

I haven't written anything over my April break, but I picked flowers from the yard and baked scones.

Drove to Philly & back yesterday for the @barrelhouse.bsky.social conference. Very tired today but it was very worth it.
