hey, thanks for providing these comments! I’ve never seen them. I do think the games are saying the opposite of what’s been said here. but again…I’m on the side of the writers and devs who have made a good inclusive game 🤷 appreciate the additional context, I’ll have to look into it!

gamergate adopted him because of one comment regarding historical accuracy re: all the white people in the first game. & I think that’s because they misread that as being anti-inclusion…only to see the studio corrected this in the sequel. not trying to convince!! I just think accuracy is useful

& he is a boneheaded idiot but gamergate were the same folks that came for his ass about KCD2 being “woke” because it had a gay love story and an African Muslim in it….they continue to be the common enemy of inclusive games. I’m sorry to hear you don’t feel safe. but context is helpful!

it really is a lovely game and while not for everyone it's a shame to see folks bash it without actually playing it. :( esp folks that love similar games and might even LIKE it.

there's a loving team behind KCD just like there was at BioWare even under the yoke of EA, who I'm sure we can agree is FULL of garbo folks.
