Tip: Don’t drive a snow mobile on a steep mountain unless you are experienced. I learned the hard way 🤣🤣Ironically though I was given a snowmobile with the # 305. They must have known a Miami girl was in the house!

With all the egg price controversies circulating, I just had to share that I was having a little trouble finding eggs, so I popped into CVS to get them and not only did they have them but they were just $5.99 for a dozen and only $4.32 after a CVS coupon. #winning #merryxmas #happyhanukkah

In just 10 days since we rescued this cute little pug, it is clear the love between her and our French Bulldog is strong. They play and cuddle on and off all day. It’s warmed my heart more than anything else this holiday season. It’s the best gift I could get 💕🐶

We’ve been looking to rescue a dog for a year, but it didn’t work out until now. I was looking on Petfinder this wk and couldn’t believe a nearby rescue had a litter of pugs going up for adoption. Thank you to those who rescued her and all who rescue animals every day. This is Daisy Snowflake 🌼 ❄️

Left over stuffing from Thanksgiving? Today I used it to make crab + clam cakes. I just combined stuffing w/canned crab + minced clams and mixed in one egg to bind it, then baked it at 375 for 25 minutes, flipping it halfway! They were so good 😊 #sundaysupper #leftovers

To Black Friday shop or not? My niece went to Target at 6am to get the Taylor Swift Eras Tour Book and no one was there! Sales are so prevalent now that it doesn’t seem like many deals are better today than other days

I eat mostly vegetarian so people often ask where I get my protein. Today I made “Beef” Wellington with Beyond Meat Steak Plant-Based Seared Tips and puff pastry. It has 21 grams of protein per serving. The protein is from Wheat Gluten and Faba Bean Protein.

Stop the presses, Amsterdam Falafel in South Miami (on Sunset) has a new Dubai Chocolate Strawberry cup. It’s a mix of the viral strawberry cup at London Borough Market and the Dubai chocolate that we got in Amsterdam. It’s huge, so make sure you share it with others 😜 Note: It’s about $18!

Wow! That’s the best way to describe Wicked, especially Defying Gravity. I would go back just to watch that scene again. I know Part 2 will take us in a different direction, but for now, I’m #TeamElphaba because my fav color is green and she’s a bad ass gal who wants to protect animals.
