One of my uncles had to get eye surgery because of his own diabetus, according to him the results were quite satisfactory, it was scary due to it being on the eyes but the success rate these days is quite high.
Aside from that I can't say much, I thankfully have no diabetus and have a good vision.

Of course I have PLENTY of alternatives I could list, being a former cook is certainly useful in that matter, but if I want to do a three course meal and want to get utterly BLASTED, that's what I'd do

I can fully relate to this guy, being an a former cook myself, when I make stuff, not a drop is left, either by my hand or my dog's tongue (she loves pre-cleaning the empty kitchenware, it's her way of life)

Even for weird ass kinks, if you just take surface level aspects and tick cases, it won't be as engaging as if you really detail the experience of what you like, the intricacies of what makes the experience worth it, things like the specific texture of fur, a specific position, or just a mood

By grounded I mean by lack of wordspace more real, more passionate and thus detailed, generalist or even generic porn is okay as a blank slate, but what people tend to like I've discovered is relatable, logical and human situations, not the artificial feeling stuff
