fun fact about Kas: for years even before Baldur's Gate I played them as a rogue and they just struggled. Every time.
cut to BG3 and this weirdly Pale Elf waltzs in oozing charm, snark, and skill; everything Kas was SUPPOSED to be as a rogue. Now they're a bard, who still struggles.
