I have friends that have expressed envy at the fact I've garnered more attention than them simply due to the fact I draw a lot of NSFW art. I empathize with them! Especially since they make great art in their own right and deserve to have their voice heard. Platforms like this don't do them justice.

It wears me out seeing others held up on such pedestals by others akin to celebrities. It's a form of "othering" that leads to alienation on both sides. Call it jealousy or envy, but I always want to bear in mind the human being that's behind the profile picture you see every day. (Or cheese being?)
