Would like to see the Universities step up w below market housing for students. If there are vacancies on campus and shortages in the community - maybe the price isn't right.

I'm sure it has a direct impact, but there is an element of super profiting there while pointing the finger at climate.
I'm floored at the increases in prices in just 3 years coupled with decrease in packaging size. Surely not all climate. that said - I don't mind paying (a bit) more for Canadian.

the challenge will be having access to scattered housing - with the long wait list for subsidized rents. successful transitions will also be dependent on the individual's challenge and nature of support. Not "little houses" but John Howard should have transition stats.
