Tom, having the one elected official expected to represent the entire nation be elected by a national popular vote does not “unravel federalism.” It’s just a common sense approach to electing a national politician that isn’t based in the protection of slavery.

Why do these people find it easier to say they are shutting down the government because ACA subsidies rather than say they are shutting down the government because we shouldn’t live in a fascist country and the President needs to be removed from office?
