In the Soo today. Went thru the Canadian and US locks systems. On the Canadian side there is parks and paths and people hanging out to watch....on the US there is black fencing the entire shoreline for as far as the eye can see. They built a viewing area to keep people out. What are they afraid of?

Lucky for local residents. Dundas driving park is stuck with this hot mess. A cornucopia of new, old, rotten and missing boards. Nothing but band aide fixes. I have contacted councillor many times over the years to no avail. I would encourage CHCH news to come have a close up look.
