For me the regrets are that we stopped attacking in the last 20 minutes. Why do we never try to kill games off? The defence isn’t going to get us through everytime.

Why did we stop attacking after we scored the second? Kill the game off. We only looked dangerous again as soon as they equalised. Be more positive.

Can anyone explain why the ball went back to Newcastle after the penalty was called overturned? The ref has decided it’s ‘not a foul’ so if the play had continued Saka’s in possession in the Saudi penalty box…but they get the restart? Make it make sense.

According to the cunt in the VAR room, the penalty being overturned is because the on pitch decision was a CLEAR AND OBVIOUS ERROR. That’s actually terrifying that this what our game has become.

I’m really relieved that I’ll be sat on the train to Newcastle Sunday morning completely relaxed and content in the knowledge that Stephen has said that Newcastle away is an easy game.
