The Supreme Court has made it clear that they believe the only check on a lawless executive is impeachment. Failure to comply with a law created by discharge-petition seems like the perfect opportunity for another discharge petition.

Not only that -- they've also destroyed the notion that the funding agencies are trustworthy counterparties. Never again will a wise scientist alive today commit to a line of long-term research for $0 down. Funding now needs to be collateralized or escrowed.
