Can’t say for certain. But elevator contractors don’t like leaving the shaft or room. So if power or comms lines need to be homerun back to a panel in another area, a separate contractor will need to do it.

NY is even projected to lose 3 congressional seats in 2030 due to population decline. This weakens our voice in national politics, and makes it harder for Democrats to win national elections.

Albany has the power to stem this loss—if it chooses to act.
