Based upon what has been released so far, Mexico is not be given the same 10% reduced rate on energy exports to the US. Their exports are substantial, and if not reduced, would have a significant effect on oil and oil product prices in the the US. www.eia.gov/dnav/pet/his...

I don't think we're actually going to get record tariffs on our largest trading partners in 10 days because all the businesspeople in his orbit would sooner rip the pen out of his hand, but it's *clearly* one of Trump's personal goals and I expect some actual CA/MX tariffs soon

It is not a settled matter that issuing this "coin" is entirely legal. But if so, then anyone can now be a grifter, and collect funds from around the world.
