It just struck me how Michael and Janet Jackson's music video for Scream, which came out in 1995..... *thirty years ago*....was, at the time, the most accessible anime had ever been in the states until Toonami premiered 2 years later.

Just received this mailer from the NY State Democrat Committee, addressed to the former tenant of my apartment. The Dems are doing basically nothing but they think shaming their base is effective messaging right now? This makes me so, so mad.
