Trump claims we are. That’s his justification. If he says we are, he should act like it.

I think part of the reason all were killed was to do away with witness.

Trump says we are in a war. Shouldn’t he act like we’re are in one? Like following the UCMJ or the Geneva Convention? Nobody’s saying the guys in the boat were good guys. But, even enemy combatants have rights. The danger in this is the US is giving permission for others to do the same.

There’s been a lot of problems recently getting people to read the UCMJ. The people that survived the attack and were no longer a threat now have protected status. If possible, they should have been picked up and given POW status. This is a Geneva Convention law. The U.S. is a signatory.

You can’t tell me Trump signed all the Jan. 6 pardons by hand. He couldn’t stay awake that long. Same thing with authorizing each one individually for autopen signature. He doesn’t have the stamina for that much effort.

Haven’t you heard that according to the right wing media, Trump himself, his administration, and MAGA, his support is usually near 100%? It sometimes gets near 150%. In many foreign countries, especially western Europe, he’s more popular than their own leaders.

It starts slowly then builds. His people don’t get elected. Republicans resign or choose not to run again. Prosecutors won’t prosecute his cases so he illegally appoints someone that will. The list is long.

I’m not sure we definitely know. Considering the people involved, would anyone be surprised if documents came up missing? If that happens, the truth will come out. Sad thing is that if the people involved were caught red handed, MAGA still wouldn’t believe it.
