It’s so sad to see this. I cycled across Sri Lanka back in March. We started in Trincomalee and went through Nuwara Eliya.
It was such a great way to see such a lovely country with beautiful people in it. I’m so sorry to hear about all the destruction 😞 🇱🇰 ❤️🩹

I once cycled all morning and came home and caught my foot in the handle of a bag hanging on on my kitchen door, and fractured my shoulder 🤣🫣

I had the same! They gave me oramorph in the hospital so they could put a compression bandage on my leg which was also injured. It made me vomit 🤮🤦♀️
