Best movie I've seen in a few years. It's like Guillermo Del Toro, doing "Leon the professional" directed by Jean Pierre Jeunet with Wes Anderson on cinematography. The movie is beautiful, fun, and very funny. The actual writer and director just made it to the short list of careers I'm following.

Am I sabotaging myself because I have anxiety and there's too much uncertainty? Or am I holding onto what stability I'm able to because there's so much instability? Am I wise enough to know the difference? Will I ever step out of my own way to take care of me?

@tmbg.bsky.social I can't help but notice how much easier it is to collect TMBG songs today than it was back when I had to overpay for idlewild to be delivered. And delightfully, my collection grew four track sizes today. Thanks for the TMBG shop and the modern internet.

Okay. Trump has now contributed to losing us the AI race. All of the H1B Visa workers in our tech industry just found out they'd make more money working for China.
At the intersection of not upgrading our power system, and not putting money into government computer research, America has already lost the AI race with China. We lost it years before Trump would put hands on the controls of the country. He didn't lose us this war. He's losing us the next ten wars.
