He doesn’t make good in-game adjustments/decisions. Go back and read the critiques on him as O-Coordinator of Tennessee. It’s been a pattern.

It’s created a shield from coaching critique…which I’m not a fan of…and a narrative that young teams have a limit of how good we should expect them to be. Which isn’t accurate based on OKC, etc.

Whenever someone says “youngest team in the league” as an excuse, the correct reply is the OKC Thunder. Heck, even the 2025 Brewers.

Someone lost a huge prop bet on AJ Green not being the first foul of the game.

Seems that way. I mean, there’s enough tape dating back to the previous HOF QB’s tenure that shows questionable in-game decision-making. It’s not as if I’m making something up out of thin air here.

Gave up on the ball and switched to playing DB…like he didn’t trust his own speed or something.

Sure the stats show that, Peter…but my point is he’s been wildly inconsistent within those wins and betting anything on him delivering is a risk within a risk.

Or, hear me out, never bet on Matt LaFleur.

When LaFleur and Bisaccia are cooking together, it’s usually a meal no one wants.

Why make it a competition in practice when you have actual game film that shows results?

I give that game a pass as the entire Pacers team played way over their heads to try to stick it to the player that left them.
November 6, 2025 at 3:21 PM
I’m not holding my breath any of this would happen, but it would be nice.

Use him the way Big Mike used JMike…speed-based TE…rather than forcing him to be what he’s naturally not as good at.

AJ has had a bad whistle his entire career thus far.

Questioning if Steno as O-Coordinator has led to the lack of consistency and the regression of the O-Line with the center position are very valid points made here.
