Hah. Cape May doesn’t understand building codes and is corrupt and incompetent. High Barrier to entry unless you’ve lived here for generations…

Started raising a family and building businesses along side my wife in Philly. Moved to Cape May, NJ (beach town) in 2018. Two boys are now 13 & 15. Still building our dream house together while eyeing up next hospitality project to help fund our boys getting a better start than we did after school.
