This is like the right’s logic on Ukraine: if only they would capitulate, Russia would stop.

At this point the “ICE” name itself is going to be counterproductive to real, future immigration policy. I feel like you have to scrap it and start over.

Amazing how quickly they’ll abandon their principles for the prospect of power. I’m guessing Rubio feels like he has to get on board or he will never be President.
The real cutting irony is that he’d probably be aware of how history treats this if he’d read an (unbiased) history book ever.

I used to feel this way too but now I believe it is more of an anti-democrat vote than a pro-republican one. They’ve been fed (and ate) misinformation from their friends, social media, coworkers, and choice of news sources to the point of just outright not trusting the left. It’s dumb.
