So... Ken I watched the video and in it he directly accused the hospices in the four block radius around him of fraud. Is there any potential liability on his part for defamation?

Note he doesn't say "I think" or "I believe" he accused them directly.

I just need Fusion 360 and TurboTax (I haven't found a reliable alternative yet). And yes I have tried FreeCAD and the workflow feels unintuitive. It's possible that I've just used SketchUp, Inventor, and Fusion for too long and need to temper my expectations.
