I'm currently writing #nextflow workflows to download and process #GWAS summary statistics from @gwascatalog.bsky.social and other sources. It uses the great #Rstats package MungeSumstats for most tasks. Still needs a ton of work but the basic steps work and make the process much less painful. -->
