It was a color test! I've been studying color theory alot this year and I wanted to see if I could apply it in like a jank / habit-ish way instead of a really focused and concentrated effort

I paint with 3 greys, each on a different layer.
One as the base color, one as the shadow color, and one as the deep shadow color. There is only one value of grey on each layer, so once I'm done shading, I'll Alpha lock the layer then recolor by painting in the new color.
