Well I had emergency dental surgery yesterday which, on the bright side, gives me a TON of free time with my kindle.

I'm holding off on starting the second book in the Crowns of Nyaxia series until Jan 1st so it can be my first book of 2026! Going to be a very boring 2 days

The Serpent & the Wings of Night by Carissa Broadbent

I really enjoyed this book, it had parts that reminded me of ACOTAR, but the story was wholly it's own. I love our lead, the pacing was great and kept me engaged, and I loved the take on the vampire world. ⭐⭐⭐🌟 #booksky #bookreview
