For my personal tastes, you could watch “No Good Deed” and get everything you’re looking for without the other 2+ hours of movie

Yeesh yeah there’s a lot more to address with the root of why “graffiti clashes with the city’s design” is a problem (racism, classism, etc) besides “your city sucks compared to another one anyway”.
