This system has all the hallmarks of a classic illegally anticompetitive “hub-and-spoke” arrangement, w/ pricing & output coordinated through RealPage's central clearinghouse “hub,” & the landlord "spokes" having a “conscious commitment to a common scheme designed to achieve an unlawful objective."
