IMO the council can't learn anything new when they didn't learn from past Administrations. You're right, the majority of energy spent by them has been towards ICE.

Why do people go to work? Most of us go to pay our bills & have quality of life. We don't go to work to get MURDERED, harassed, threatened, robbed.

I'm calling out bad behavior from a group of people who gives the impression there are rules for us but not for them.
What I see as "reprehensible" are people who won't call it out & rather support it.
Good thing I don't look to you or them for my own self value, you know nothing about me.

considering homelessness spiked, PDX has had over 500 fatal ODs, housing has been on the back burner and now going after Wilson and overnight shelters. NO SWEEPS yet offering no solutions.
