Address this case please.

And, it's overdue that bicyclists should be able to use the sidewalk legally when no bike lanes exist. Bike-pedestrian incidents may go up, but they're trivial compared to the impacts from car/truck-bicyclist collisions. Overall injuries/deaths will lessen.

@mayorandreahorwath.bsky.social you should address this case ASAP.

And, it's high time to let bicyclists ride on sidewalks when no bike lanes are available. Bicyclist/pedestrian crashes are trivial compared to car/truck-bicyclist injuries.

Bad drivers need to be treated as criminals. There is almost never anything that is an accident. Just stupid people doing stupid selfish things.

I take that back. Suddenly both phone and Chrome Gemini sessions seem to have gotten a lot dumber again. They were better just a couple of weeks back.

VICE is pretty goofy, as if their SID player.
November 8, 2025 at 9:41 PM
Would this be for the PET?
November 8, 2025 at 9:38 PM
Don't feel bad. I can't get the SID chip to produce a 960Hz square wave for 0.1 seconds.

Masturbation must be odd for them.
November 8, 2025 at 7:51 PM
Ask it to, going forward, always, quadruple check every output for possible errors. Gemini seemed to remember and sometimes would remind me it was doing a 4 pass check before replying. It did improve accuracy- to my amazement.

I hope it goes right to the part with monarchs losing their heads.

I laughed too hard.

I'm seeing your replies in reverse order. BSky is a mess.

You have the C64 code as used by your NTSC player. We just need an app that lets you add CIA interrupt that to existing SID files.
October 30, 2025 at 12:42 AM
people are getting into retro in the NTSC world, now is the right time for an app that lets people choose CIA interrupts and set the interrupt frequency. If it doesn't sound right, they can tweak it again. The beauty of this is will run fine no matter where it's played on a real C64.
October 30, 2025 at 12:42 AM
because they're fixed to PAL. Sure, some songs are stuck in NTSC mode, but I doubt Europeans feel the anguish we have, since NTSC SIDs are what, 10% of the total?

An app that lets you make the existing SID song agnostic of region would be a huge game changer! No pun intended. As more and more
October 30, 2025 at 12:42 AM
[I am slack-jawed] Must be nice to live in a PAL region where ~90% of SIDs are there for the using! You have a luxury we can only dream of.

In the rest of the world, can we use them in games? Or demos? Nope! It sucks. Most SIDs are lovely music that can never be used outside a PAL area

Having worked for a tiny non-profit I can understand the cynicism, but only where there's evidence. If you want to find the bullshit, look at the biggest non-profit con there is: religion. They don't pay taxes and yet the get involved in politics constantly.

? We don't want a player. Those have been around for a while. We want something that replaces the SID song's VicII interrupt with a CIA IRQ (or NMI) so that the sing will then play the same no matter where it's played.

Cynically? That's just what it takes sometimes to keep the doors open and lights on.
