An important human rights case starts today to ensure First Nations children are able to access special education services free of discrimination. Thanks to the Mississaugas of Credit First Nation for their leadership on this landmark case.

The federal government is wasting taxpayer money fighting an order that requires them to simply present a plan with evidence to not discriminate against First Nations kids and to not apply an agreement from one region to the rest of the country. Not reconciliation.
