I heard an interview with a victim on the news earlier this week and she said NO ONE at the DOJ had reached out to her at all. So, hard to believe they have been ‘hard at work’ defending victims when they haven’t even started reaching out.

‘Can we still be on jury duty for Friday even if we have our answer now because none of us wants to go to work the Friday before Christmas vacation week?’

So that warning line about, ‘investing in securities involves risks, including the possibility of losing money…’ is really only for us plebes, but doesn’t apply to large companies that will likely get bailed out when they inevitably overextend their risk.

At this point, why is the gov trying to die on this Garcia hill? It only makes them look less competent and more bungling with every misstep.

My big concerns on single payer is that it thrives or dies on the spending whims of the party in power. Look no further than the dismantling of public education right now. I struggle to see how politicians would cut their favorite big spender health insurance campaign donors out of the profit loop.
