Thanks for the warning, Tim. I canceled my sub shortly after reading your post yesterday. And while they seem to be getting the hint, that toothpaste isn’t going back in the tube. People are tired of this fight and seeking alternatives. Not to mention the yearly fee has doubled. No thanks.

I have a Steelcase Leap that I bought from an office liquidator and while it was worth the few hundred dollars I paid for it, I'd have preferred the Aeron. I've run long sessions at a client's place for many hours without fatigue. Embody's probably similar. I think HM just has a better product line.
