HGVs are advised to avoid the L7004 at Lismeen/Lattagloghan as there is a damaged telecom pole that protrudes out into the road at a height that may be a hazard for any HGVs travelling the road. Cars can pass safely. Traffic should approach with caution.

Met Éireann has issued a Status Orange wind warning for Cavan. Storm Bram will bring very strong to gale force southerly winds. The warning will be in effect from 10am - 9pm on Tuesday, 9th December. A yellow warning will also be in effect from 6am - 10am.
