France and England already have them, but I think you're right that other countries will be developing them. It appears that mutually assured destruction is the only real deterrent to prevent countries like Russia, Israel, and the United States from invading other countries.

Yes. And if you don't have nuclear weapons, make damn sure you get some as soon as possible. I'm sure Venezuela wishes they had some now to prevent the Americans from invading to steal their oil.

Actually you're right and I stand corrected. But they all knew at the time that the only deterrent that Ukraine had to a Russian invasion was nuclear weapons.

I'm surprised they haven't tried to sell the "weapons of mass destruction" lie again. But yeah, the CIA will probably plant a few hundred kilos or so of the drugs de jour from their stash, and a lot of Americans will fall for it, yet again. But it's all about stealing their oil as you know.
