Actually you have to take a class before they will approve you for a reverse mortgage. It's not right for everyone but it can be great for some.

It's a lot of fun to do the DNA testing. There is a great Facebook group that loves to guess results..

June Lake California. From Colorado a flight to San Francisco, a flight back east to Bishop CA then about an hour drive to June Lake. Wedding halfway up a ski mountain. Went up on an aged chairlift. Had a wonderful time and discovered a fascinating piece of America.
