As I work in the NHS I can assure you compared to their colleagues in other professions they’ve done very well over the last 2 years. And if I had ever been offered that type of a deal in the past or future I’d be grateful. People on low wages can’t afford more taxes

I was talking about all government employees. And they had a very good deal for last year and this year. They want more than is affordable unless you wish to pay more taxes for the millions of government employees who also want that type of wage rise and have been held back for years

He’s right. They was given an excellent pay deal for last year and this and they have been given extra concessions this year with training fees. They can’t have everything at once unless we all can. It has to be shared out
