I watched the funeral at the time. I was working from home, so had it on in the office. I found the whole thing very moving and am quite glad I didn't have any phone calls that afternoon. Oh I also sang along with Fairytale whilst looking out of the window, seeing the Christmas lights.

It's ridiculous that there is no affordable help for you. Have you tried a pharmacist for antibiotics / pain relief? I had a walk-in appointment with one when I self-diagnosed shingles, and she agreed with me, giving me antivirals there and then. Or is there a dental training hospital near you?

Well, one of them is leaving me a little bit weak at the knees. Wow - fit, intelligent and comes across as a caring individual. I'll let you decide which one I'm referring to.

Yes, I thought NHS availabilty was supposed to have been prioritised? It's very disappointing to be honest (I'm saving up to have one of teeth out). My mum once tried the 'tied string to the slammed door' method. It only resulted in her falling over onto the floor, tooth intact, but bruised knees. 🤣

Ouch! How horrible and at this time of year too. I hope you are able to get something done about it asap. It is an absolute nightmare trying to get an NHS dentist - mine went private last year. Hope you have quick success in finding an affordable treatment. X

Hell, yeah. I have wanted to see the band since I saw a gig poster in Dublin about 25 years' ago. Never seemed to be in the right place at the right time for Sisters of Murphy gigs since. However, the Birmingham date looks do-able. FINALLY! 😎

Dear Lord, I thought I'd seen that back of her. She was the MP in my area until 2024. It sounds like she hasn't got any better. She always seemed more concerned about Redditch losing Marks & Spencers than the concerns of the electorate, apart from the posh ones in the 'villages' in her constituency.
