I tried tonight and 40° elevation wasn't enough, this morning was 80+. At same time, my club friends were able to get 2 images from it (big antennas), it's very consistent with SSTV images. They were also advising I can get a 3d printed/DIY rotor controller for my antenna 😅

I mounted my Arrow Antenna to a tripod and use the ISS Detector app to tell me what time the satellite passes, elevation, and aim and follow as it passes.

I was thinking this today - that FT8 is just so relaxing for me. See what states or countries I can get and because I'm still new, adjusting my settings, tweaking this or that and seeing what happens. Good fun.

I've been really lucky to find a club (after 2nd try) that has been so very helpful. They hooked me up with a codeplug (file you load and comes with all channels etc preloaded for this area). Once I saw how it was set up there, I just edit or add as a needed.
