Also out of my allergy medication so that's been really fun too.

I have shoulder impingement, my back is trying to throw itself out, hyper-extended my thumb, one of the worst headaches of my life, almost out of my pain meds, out of my heart meds, mike is injured but doing a bit better today, everything is starting to flare from over-exertion. I'm just miserable.

Stark reminder of the fact that I am very very disabled. I'd probably just eat cheese strings and rice cakes if I were alone.

It really reinforces the fact that I lost 30lbs in less than a month when Mike was working and going to school. I could only manage one meal and maybe a snack per day. As an overweight person, having doctors be scared about my weightloss was a very weird feeling. (2015 or so)

It displays a lack of consideration for others outside of your personal bubble. Its not hard to be kind and considerate of others. If you see something you dont understand, ask, look it up, *learn* before you make an assumption that could be wildly inaccurate and harmful.

On my low energy days where I want to shave my legs, I bring two towels, soap, a razor, and a bowl of water into the living room and do it while I sit on the floor with one of the towels under me. Not pretty but it gets the job done.
