How can we even be sure the tip added to the bill gets to the wait staff? We’ve seen too much wage theft in the hospo sector here to be so trusting.

I used to work at #slv and so don’t believe for a minute that they’ve backed off the plan. They’re just ‘reviewing’ it. Hoping that public interest will be distracted by their announcement.
